1. Сервис

SpeakRight («Сервис», доступен на speakright.in) — веб-тренажёр английской грамматики с ИИ: он генерирует упражнения, проверяет ваши ответы (текстовые и голосовые) и объясняет ошибки. Оператор Сервиса — Sergei Chistokhin PR Beograd (предприниматель, Белград, Сербия) — «мы». Связь: support@speakright.in.

2. Аккаунт

Вход через Google или Telegram. Вы отвечаете за действия под своим аккаунтом. Удалить аккаунт и данные обучения можно в любой момент на странице настроек. Для использования Сервиса вам должно быть не менее 16 лет.

3. Кредиты и подписка

Использование измеряется в кредитах: текстовое упражнение — 1 кредит, голосовое — 4. Новые аккаунты получают бесплатный пробный запас. Месячная подписка даёт ежемесячный запас кредитов; также могут продаваться разовые пакеты. Кредиты привязаны к аккаунту, не передаются и не имеют денежной стоимости. Неиспользованные кредиты подписки сгорают в конце оплаченного периода, если при покупке не указано иное.

4. Оплата

Способ оплаты определяет, кто обрабатывает платёж: международные платежи обрабатывает Paddle.com (merchant of record; дополнительно применяются условия Paddle); платежи российскими картами и через СБП обрабатывает ЮKassa, исполнитель — Чистохин Сергей (самозанятый), на условиях публичной оферты. В обоих случаях кредиты зачисляются на один и тот же аккаунт. Цены показываются до оплаты; подписка продлевается автоматически до отмены — отменить можно в любой момент, доступ сохраняется до конца оплаченного периода. Возвраты — по нашей Политике возвратов.

5. Допустимое использование

Запрещены: автоматический сбор ответов ИИ, обход лимитов, использование Сервиса для противоправного контента. Действуют лимиты честного использования; нарушающие аккаунты могут быть приостановлены.

6. Контент, созданный ИИ

Упражнения и обратная связь генерируются языковыми моделями. Они обычно точны, но могут ошибаться — Сервис является учебным инструментом, а не сертифицированным языковым авторитетом.

7. Доступность и ответственность

Сервис предоставляется «как есть»; возможны перерывы на обслуживание и сбои сторонних провайдеров. В максимально допустимой законом степени совокупная ответственность ограничена суммой, уплаченной вами за 12 месяцев до претензии.

8. Изменения

Мы можем обновлять условия; существенные изменения публикуются на этой странице с новой датой. Продолжение использования означает согласие.

1. The service

SpeakRight ("the Service", available at speakright.in) is a web-based AI-assisted English-grammar tutor. It generates practice exercises, evaluates your answers (typed or spoken), and provides feedback. The Service is operated by Sergei Chistokhin PR Beograd (sole proprietor, Belgrade, Serbia) — "we", "us" — contactable at support@speakright.in.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account or via Telegram. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account and associated learning data at any time from the settings page. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Credits and subscriptions

Usage is measured in credits: a text exercise consumes 1 credit and a voice exercise 4 credits. New accounts receive a free trial allowance. A monthly subscription grants a monthly credit allowance; one-time top-up packs may also be offered. Credits are tied to your account, are not transferable, and have no cash value. Unused subscription credits expire when the subscription period they were granted for ends, unless stated otherwise at purchase.

4. Payments

The payment method determines who processes your payment: international payments are processed by Paddle.com, acting as merchant of record (your purchase is additionally governed by Paddle's checkout terms); payments with Russian-issued cards or via СБП (Faster Payments) are processed by YooKassa, with Sergei Chistokhin (self-employed under the Russian НПД regime) as the provider, governed by the Russian-law public offer. Credits purchased via either rail land on the same account. Prices are shown before purchase; subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the Service: no automated scraping of AI responses, no attempts to circumvent usage limits, no use of the Service for unlawful content. We apply fair-use limits (rate limits and daily caps) to keep the Service available for everyone and may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. AI-generated content

Exercises and feedback are generated by AI language models. They are usually accurate but can contain mistakes — the Service is a learning aid, not a certified language authority. Feedback is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy.

7. Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and may be interrupted for maintenance or due to third-party provider outages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
