1. Что мы собираем

Аккаунт: email (вход через Google) и/или Telegram-логин и отображаемое имя.
Данные обучения: ваши ответы, история практики и статистика прогресса.
Голос: аудиозаписи отправляются провайдеру распознавания речи для получения текста и у нас не хранятся — сохраняется только текстовая расшифровка как часть истории ответов.
Техническое: метрики использования и стоимости по аккаунту (лимиты и биллинг), отчёты об ошибках, сессионная cookie. Рекламных трекеров и аналитических cookie нет.

2. Зачем

Чтобы Сервис работал (генерация упражнений, проверка ответов, прогресс), для лимитов честного использования, обработки покупок и исправления ошибок. Мы не продаём персональные данные и не используем их для рекламы.

3. Обработчики

Google Cloud (хостинг и хранение, регион ЕС); провайдеры ИИ-моделей через шлюз OpenRouter — Anthropic, OpenAI, Google (текст упражнений и голосовые записи обрабатываются для выдачи обратной связи; по условиям их API эти данные не используются для обучения моделей); Sentry (отчёты об ошибках); Paddle.com (платежи — данные карты мы не видим).

4. Хранение и удаление

Данные аккаунта и обучения хранятся, пока существует аккаунт. Удалить аккаунт можно самостоятельно в настройках — удаляются профиль, история практики и прогресс. Биллинговые и аудит-записи (сам факт покупки или удаления) сохраняются, как требуется для учёта и разрешения споров.

5. Ваши права

Вы можете запросить копию данных, исправление или удаление — через настройки или по адресу support@speakright.in. Для резидентов ЕС/ЕЭЗ действуют права GDPR, включая право на жалобу в надзорный орган.

При расхождениях приоритет имеет английская версия ниже.

1. What we collect

Account data: your email address (Google sign-in) and/or Telegram username and display name.
Learning data: your exercise answers, practice history, and progress statistics.
Voice: audio clips you record are sent to a speech-to-text provider to produce a transcript and are not stored by us — only the text transcript is kept as part of your answer history.
Technical data: usage and cost metrics per account (for fair-use limits and billing), error reports, and a session cookie. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

2. How we use it

To deliver the Service (generate exercises, evaluate answers, track progress), to enforce fair-use limits, to process purchases, and to fix errors. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

3. Processors

We use a small set of processors, each receiving only what is necessary: Google Cloud (hosting and data storage, EU region); AI model providers via the OpenRouter gateway — Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google (your exercise text and voice clips are processed to generate feedback; per their API terms this data is not used for model training); Sentry (error reports); Paddle.com (payment processing — we never see your card details).

4. Retention and deletion

Account and learning data are kept while your account exists. You can delete your account yourself from the settings page; this removes your profile, practice history, and progress. Billing and audit records (e.g. the fact a purchase or deletion happened) are retained as required for accounting and dispute resolution.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time — use the in-app settings or email support@speakright.in. If you are in the EU/EEA you additionally have the rights provided by the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

6. Changes

Material changes to this policy will be announced on this page with an updated date.
